About Defence Cyber Certification

Defence Cyber Certification (DCC) is a cyber assurance framework developed by the Ministry of Defence (MOD) to strengthen cyber resilience across the UK defence supply chain.

The framework introduces a new approach to cyber assurance within the UK defence supply chain, replacing previous self-assessment models with independent certification.

The scheme is delivered by IASME through a network of approved Certification Bodies.

Certification can be presented in support of defence procurement requirements and provides customers, partners and stakeholders with assurance that appropriate cyber security controls and processes are in place.
